Anti-trojan is a good one - free - my favorite kind. It seems to work pretty good but I'm still playing around with it.

There are a couple of others I haven't tried yet but I've heard they're good. All of them are free downloads.

Trojans First Aid Kit
Trojan Remover
Anti-Trojan Shield - This one is next on my list to try. It is supposed to help keep you from getting trojans.
SwatIt Trojan Scanner
Xoftspy - Detects and removes Spyware, Spybot, Hijackers, Adware, Malware, Keyloggers, Worms, Hacker Tools, PC Parasites, Trojan Horses, Spy Programs, Trackware

Otherwise, pctools.com and noadware.net have free online scans. There's even Spyware Removers Review, they can tell you more than you'll probably ever want to know.

Hope that helps

Well, the name is good LOL;D
http://www.wilders.org/anti_trojans.htm

the name says it all. Wilders.org Security Advisors, this is the anti-trojan page, with a list of software and reviews.

Here is one listing on the page.
I have used this before, when it was version 1, and it was ferocious. I have only ever seen it ranked as 'best' ever since I discovered it over a year ago. There are lots of others on the page, but this I recommend for intermediate users and above.

We consider TDS the most advanced and one of best anti-trojan around. But again: it does need knowledge to handle it.If you don't need the extra options from start, TDS-3 can be run "out-of-the-box", providing full protection. Be sure to enable execution protection. We recommend studying the help files though, and using TDS3. A registration key can be obtained here.

In the meantime, I had downloaded a trial version of Trojan Hunter Guard. It is only 29.99 compared to the 40-50.00 price of some. It seems to work well, but I'm not sure it is protecting my computer, but it will find them and clean them. I do have anti-trojan downloaded and ready to try.

I'm giving it a try. One thing I am finding is everytime I demo one, a new trojan appears. I want one that catches them all. :)

Online Trojan scan

This looks handy and very thorough
Quote:
Trojan scan

Trojan horses are a huge security threat. A Trojan is a program that enters your computer undetected, giving the attacker who planted the Trojan unrestricted access to the data stored on your computer. Trojans can transmit credit card information and other confidential data in the background. Trojans are often not caught by virus scanning engines, because these are focused on viruses, not Trojans. Catching such threats would require the use of a Trojan scanner (a.k.a Trojan cleaner, Trojan remover, anti-Trojan).

Requirements for the test

* Windows 2000, XP, .NET Server, NT 4, ME or 98 How to check your OS
* Internet Explorer 5.0 or later with ActiveX enabled How to check/set your IE settings

Legal information
The information found in this test is not retained or sold in any way by WindowSecurity.com.
Warning: By clicking the "Scan my computer for Trojans!" button, you agree to let TrojanScan scan your computer and you also agree to hold WindowSecurity.com blameless and free of any liability for anything that happens as a result of the TrojanScan.
Note: Once you click the "Scan my computer for Trojans!" button, a dialog box will appear asking you if you would like to download and install TrojanScan. Click "Yes" to run this test on your machine.
