Default Catching the Abusers

I just came across a PHP script for catching and automatically reporting hackers that try to abuse the 'FormMail vulnerability' to send spam using your site. It is a big target these days, script page here : http://www.home-port.net/fmreport/

I will continue to post these types of scripts here, from IP banning and logging, to email link encryptors.

IP logger (php)
Quote:
Want to be able to log your visitor's IP address to secure your website from trouble makers and to make sure you can quickly get a visitor's IP addy to block them from your server if needed? Well this is the script for you! It also tells you the visitor's Browser details and time of access!

Thanks for the thread, now I know where to go if something bugs my computer system.

But for example, I live outside the US, will the FBI still have a jurisdiction outside US but the offense is in the internet?
