Hi, I hope I posted in the right place. Recently I've a dispute with one of the email marketing service provider in USA. They have disclosed the account access information to one of my client without my consent and they denied they had done that. I find that this is awfully wrong as this client may abuse the account as it is under my credit card.
I told them I was disappointed with their service and demand a refund but they refused. May I know how refund policy work in USA? Under this kind of scenario, is there any authorities I can turn to for help or complain, I'm not located in USA or any other ways to resolve this? Appreciate any advice. Thank you. efly |
