Purchaser is a business cards comany, named "VistaPrint". It bought this domain name from "innuity", which is a software services company.
Before 2005, Innuity companies are not famous. Their finally aim by used "Vista.com" is to be famous.
The two company's aim are same. they purchase the domain name to advertise to their own.
Of course, "Vista" means a better future, and it is different with Microsoft's Windows Vista operating system.
