Canadian Schools Flee From US Servers

Instead of waiting for Patriot Act investigations to begin sifting through their research, Canadian academics have opted to move their RefWorks research accounts to servers based in Canada instead of the US.

No one wants to find out the US government has taken a keen interest in one's research into biological weapons through the process of being tossed into an interrogation room and asked about it at length.
