I entered a few auctions on eBay a few weeks ago but the most expensive entry was not showing on eBay site. The entries were all done with PowerPoint (I admit, this was a mistake on my part). eBay refused to cancel the auction and they insist that I should pay for it (almost £7.00). Only one out of 6 entries didn’t work, the others were showing the text. It was really down to eBay to solve the issue and allow me to re-enter the article in a different format. We know that they are lousy with their customer service; hence I never received a reply.
Who is to blame? My poor PowerPoint entry or their (? Server) that didn’t recognize the script? |

to me it seems both of you are at fault but e-bay more...you posted it with powerpoint not knowing it would work and e-bay doesn,t say they support powerpoint, but e-bay should reconize mistakes happen and you are paying them and allow you to reformat the auction because you already lost auction time and no one is going to bid on it not knowing what it is....just my side
