I need to find an affordable (cheap) web monitoring solution and stumbled across a website that offers website monitoring for free. After reviewing the services it looks like they match others (alertra for example) and have under cut most major players in the monitoring market...

Please let me know if you think it's worth signing up for? I need to find a company to monitor my externaly hosted websites and only have a small budget to work with.
