Goooooogle and Yahoooo Site Problem

One of my friends in USA is facing this problem, when he tries to access the Google site the cPanel site will be displyed instead of google, it is like redirecting the site to another site.

the same happens with Yahoo....

he is wondering .... he cant access google and even yahoo from his Dell Laptop ... but when he uses another computer it would work properly.

so, what is the solution

your help is needed and appreciated ...
