Default $1 amnesty for pirated software

Quote:
Microsoft has reached a deal with Indonesia over the tens of thousands of pirated versions of Windows programs used in government departments.

Ministers said Microsoft had agreed an amnesty under which a token sum of one dollar will be paid for every computer found to be using illegal software.

In exchange, the government has promised to buy Microsoft merchandise legally in future.

Indonesia has one of the world's highest rates of pirated programs.

'Realistic' deal
Well at least much closer to the software's real value.

Default I think...

I think they paid too much. After all, the software was from Microsoft.

Hehehehe not much of a msn user. I wish any software maker would come out with a product you don't have to always keep updating. That is the errors in the code.

Both S and Suse start with s. Both Money and Microsoft start with M. Coincidence? Well, probably. But it sure applies.
