I’m using this web based system here http://www.cloudmark.com and I’m so happy, after some days I could get rid of all the spam emails and it’s working 100% perfect. I would like to know if any one has made any experience with this tool.

My experience is not too good.

This system also known as razor2 does create a lot false positives (declare e-mail as spam, that is solicited). It basically identifies bulk mail, anything that is send to a lot of recipients. Because many people opt-in to some newsletters or advertising, but rather than opt out, they report it as spam to such services.

But it does its purpose in a mix of mechanisms.
