Sounds like MSN have done a great deal - the amount of content the BBC has must be huge just what content deficient search engines want! Howver note the 'nonexclusive' bit - I expect there will be a bit of sharing of content to keep G! and Y! happy.
But sounds good to me - Monty Python repeats on your PC? ;-)
