Unfortunately for Google and Yahoo, that light at the end of the tunnel is a 220 million pound freight train bearing down on them. It's the Click Fraud Express.

Default Pay Per Click Advertising - Click fraud

David,

the Business Week article is probably the best yet from a financial journal. Naming names as well as explaining the practical steps most fraudsters go through.

I'm always amazed how so many peopel can claim incomes that can only come unnaturally high conversion levels.

I love how they use the word recycling, LOL

"Internet giants boost their profits by recycling ads to millions of other sites..."

I have been very vocal that mainstream press cant get it right when talking about out industry, but in this case their is no question Business Week has done a good job.

On this topic what does everyone use to help discover or fight click fraud.

1. Check your analytics for dodgy clicks then cross reference against the Google Adwords reports
2. Stop using Yahoo search marketing - too many junk engines delivering asian traffic
