Trademark infringement?

Huh. So nobody can use these word now
1. Go
2. Goo
3. Gogle
4. Googly
5. Booble
6. Doodle
etc
etc.

You see when I first applied for Adsense account they asked me to remove all Go buttons from my sites. Then do ask this and then that....I just threw them out.

Default ~booble synonyms

Unfortunately there are no search engine proven synonyms available for the branded term "booble". However, the SEPS's for the keyword "parody" are "satire", "humor", "spoof", and "parodies".

The number one website for keyword "Google Parody" is pretty funny:

http://politicalhumor.about.com/libr...bushbungle.htm

Google satire:

http://blog.searchenginewatch.com/blog/050204-090256

Google humor:

number one is Google Directory:

http://www.google.com/Top/Recreation/Humor/

Google Spoof:

I can't give top URL to you. Leads to unsavory site, even with my filter on moderate. No REALLY, the filter IS ON. ; - )

Google Parodies:

Leads to a website of Google Parody websites- hey Booble is not on there!!! What up?:

http://blog.outer-court.com/archive/..._15_index.html

Note To my Multiple Selves:

There does not appear to be any one site url that is on the first page for all 5 semantic and search engine proven terms in regards to Google. Funny how that is. People don't think in terms of Latent Semantic Indexing just yet.

Do you dream in techni-color or think in Chinese?

You will.

Default Remember . . .

Remember, this is about the law and the law has nothing to do with right and wrong. It's about power.

but, (without getting too much off subject), power about cash, (money), which is in-turn about how much can be made via Stock and Shares, which if you are in the know, (Insider Dealing)....

Insider Dealing if could be proved is said to be illegal.

Default done . . .

Someone beat us to it. the domain oogle.com is taken and redirects to searching.com

No adult content though. Seems like a waste of a great domain name, just redirecting it like that . . .

Default Not happy with Google anti-business strategies

Hello:

No, I am not interested in Google website parodies. As a businessman, I want to make money legally and honestly as I can by finding solutions to peoples’ problems.

The issue here is that those who are looking for these solutions are using [google]Google[/google] to search for them.

This makes them powerful and may be that is why they enjoy thwarting the efforts of millions of website owners who work hard to meet all the SEO guidelines to gain favorable rankings.

It takes Google ages to index a website and rank it.
Compare this to Msn.

If you create an optimized website and submit to MSN, it takes them like 3 days to index and rank it.

Perhaps, this is one good thing I can say about Msn and its founder Gates.

Instead of continuing to gripe about this, I believe it will be smart to take over a small search engine site and hire hundreds of thousands of the best programming brains to make it a nationwide behemoth which can index and rank sites at the speed of light.

The technology is there. Why not use it to help business owners instead of thwart their progress?

I am tired of Google and their idiotic SEO games.

I-key

Default GOOGLE/BOOBLE/OOGLE/ZOOGLE

Wow, this is very amusing. We all know that we live in a system of free enterprize. If one business name SOUNDS nearly the same as another, so what, it isn't the same. And why is a giant like Google concerned about chickenfeed so to speak?

Default Chocolate Mouse Balls

Well I must admit, that is one great response. I guess there is only one winner in all this.... the attorney. I wonder if we have the world's finest chocolates in Australia. I thought a famous name in belgian chocolates had the title 'worlds finest'

Anyway best of luck... and lets hope the earth's finest doesn't turn into the universes finest.

i ashamedly used booble once... what the heck, it caught my attention. in regards to google's bossy attitude, i don't like it! too bad that people with money continually try to control others (in an effort to keep it). i hope booble wins if google ever takes it to court!!!
