Default Lockergnome: Redux

In regard to the article that ran in WebPro concerning Chris Pirillo of Lockergnome.

"Mildly unpleasant exchange" is all David really said. The rest of the dig was just in good fun. Mildly unpleasant exchanges happen all the time. I'm married.

There really wasn't any high noon kind of drama involved. I just thought it was funny, but then, I know who Chris is and what he looks like.

I don't know what Larry Page looks like, but I know Chris when I see him. We aren't friends or anything but I would hope this wouldn't mean we couldn't be someday. I don't wanna even think of living in a world like that. I can't.

But seriously, this shouldn't be blown out of proportion. It was only mentioned casually in a phone conversation back to the office. I believe the conversation went something like "anything funny happen out there"? In response, I related the basic gist of the situation with Pirillo's creds as it was presented to me by those in attendence.

I haven't talked to David since he posted an article about it, but I guarantee he was just trying to rib Pirillo a little. There was no ill-intent. I will have the thing taken down (I'm even up early to do it) and would hope there are no hard feelings.
