ecosky hosting out of business?

Anyone know if ecosky is still in business?

To cancel an account they state:

Cancelling Service

In order to cancel a subscription, you must contact us by phone and you will receive a cancellation confirmation number (CCN).

However, they have removed any phone numbers from their site.

Have I been had?
