Default Host Bandwidth/Traffic restrictions

I have a potential new client who wants us to develop an online education suite for him which will deliver course modules via video. Potentially, a high volume of students could be accessing the site at the same time.

I currently use two shared hosting accounts, one reseller pro account with Heart and one shared hosting business account with 1&1.

It appears neither are going to be suitable for this site as both of them warn against "file distribution" and "video streaming" etc leading to high volumes of traffic/bandwidth. In fact Heart restrict such sites to 25GB per month!

I'm trying to keep the ongoing cost to the client down so ideally want to avoid getting into dedicated servers and the like and many hosts seem to restrict those.

Can anyone recommend a (ideally UK based) host who offers genuinely unlimited traffic and bandwidth?

Thanks in advance.

Why not stream the videos from YouTube? YT will also help with marketing the videos.

Unfortunately the spec is such that we need to have greater control over functionality and security than YouTube provides.

register1.net give you 200GB/month with their basic account. (approx £100 for 3 years) (I am currently using approx 130GB/month without problems).
