Undecided on new Host

I have had my website in an arts and crafts mall for 4 years and I was finally seeing my business grow, when the owner decided to upgrade the server. That was last August and we are still dealing with technical issues on a daily basis, plus, my business has dropped dramatically because of down-time and the shopping cart not working. My contract is up this month and I have been looking at different hosting companies (some I got from here) and have kinda narrowed it down to between 2 companies; Homestead and Web Plus Shop.

> I need to transfer the data from my existing site with no programming skills

> It should be easy to add new products and photos

I know I'm asking a lot for the price but I'm sure there are some good ones out there.

I would appreciate any information you may have, good or bad, about the 2 companies above and any others that you may know of.

Hosting: discountasp.net ($10 per month)
Secure Shopping Cart (no programming knowledge needed) kingcart.com (around $10 per month, but no sales = no charge)

Meets all your requirements listed!

Thanks, I'm off to look at discountasp.net now.
I've checked out king cart earlier and according to my notes, it's $24.95 for hosting + merchant account at $24.95 month. I'll check again.
