Do you mean with 24h support with administrator handling everything for you (setting up cron, adding subdomain, restarting web server, managing privileges...)?

If it's fully managed (the vendor will take care EVERYTHING, you just use control panel for creating accounts), I doubt there is any good package at $120/mo, or it will be a low-end server. How about your hardware requirements?

If you are looking for good hardware and fully managed services then you need to increase your budget. With that budget its difficult to find managed services. What kind of site are you looking to host on that server?
