I think when most people hear video streaming, they're thinking live streaming, which may require a specialized host.
But for playing pre-recorded videos, like youtube, most hosts will fit the bill.
Your big concern is going to be bandwidth, and maybe to a lesser degree disk space.
Be wary of the companies that promise a billion gigs of bandwidth a month for 5 bucks.
IN the TOS, no doubt there will be a phrase stating you cannot exceed x amount of cpu usage, so if your site gets popular, you will chew through your bandwidth, but you will also eat up cpu, causing your host to suspend you.
