My site imperial-appliance-plaza.com can't be able to send/receive emails because of the servers' hosting account from genuineasp.com possibly a hacking on their server occured.
For the past month now, still no response from their accept new subscribers for I decided to try it for another domain/server.
Did I did the right thing? Can anyone have the same experience on their account?

Were you ever able to get through to your host, and get this resolved?

I can't get through their support, for the last couple months no response for they seems to have problems on their server. Email forwarding/support ticketing page are useless. On the first 4-6 months they are helpful on their support and lately not even a reply could be made. So I decide to bought another of their hosting server on another name (domain is not theirs) and see if I receive same problem until the 30-day money back ends.

If you have any experience with them please help out on this. Thanks!

Thank God their support page is working now even though there is no reply yet atleast we know that they are still alive. Their pending problem are no reply from their support/ticket and the email receiving/forwarding is still not functioning.
