Question Is HTML 5 established enough to begin using?

How close is HTML 5 to becoming a fully supported spec? Will we need to create 'fall back' pages and sniff for supported environments?

I have no idea, but one thing is for certain. Browsers can't render HTML and CSS correctly as it is, why are we trying to make it more complicated when they don't seem to get the basic stuff. I can only image the nightmare when HTML 5 is released! What type of hacks will we have to do for IE6

Well here is some good information to keep in mind regarding HTML 5 & the Basics but it seems we're still going to have to wait a time, times and half of times until we can code in HTML 5. Developers and Browers (I.E. FireFox) have to catch up with the standard too...

But if you find a site that declares a date...post it here for us...
