Really simples Illustrator Tutorial

Ok I'm having real trouble finding a very basic illustrator tutorial just explaining about using the basic shapes and combining them etc.

What I am trying to achieve is a contact card similar to this (just square on):

Where can I fin the basics of illustrator.

try some dvds from lindadotcom... you can easily learn illustrator in cpl of days
