subscrive newsletter html code needed

hi,
1st, sorry my english, but i thing u will understand what i'm looking.
i'm creating a my new site and i'd like to create a form where anyone who wants to receive my newsletter can put her email adress and subcribe them, like the one in this site but without the zip code.
what i don't know if is possible only in html and without using php, cgi or other things or even when clicking in subscrive he/she goes to another site.

Believe me you don't want to do everything by hand, so automation is really important. You will need email newsletter software, otherwise you will have to request that everyone just submit an email to you with their email. Chances are you will not get any takers.
