Need help with updating RSS feed on Yahoo

Hey folks,

I have recently discovered the nice feature (beta) where My Yahoo allows me to add my RSS feed from my weblogs http://www.alaskahunts.net/blogger/blogger.htm and http://www.alaskahunts.net/christian/thoughts.htm and it has been indexed rapidly by Yahoo, but they have a code that if implemented correctly allows the weblogs to be refreshed almost immediately, every time a new post is added on the blog. Does anyone know how to implement this? I am using Blogger for my weblogs, since the B2 stuff with my own hosting service is way over my head. I just don't know how to implement the code Yahoo has to enable this auto refreshing of the blog. All comments are certainly welcome.
