Default Organizing Videos

So, I have a question. I'm looking for something that offers some basic item organization. Specifically I'm looking to organize a growing list of video content on our web site. However, I don't need anything to manage the video. I'm looking for something that has an admin area where I can input video information, categories, link, photo, perhaps some tags, and that's about it.

On the front end, I want users to be able to pick by category, topic, date, blah blah blah. All the usual suspects. While I can obviously build something to do this, I'm wondering if there is something out there that will do this for me without me having to build something.

Any ideas? Prefer a PHP / MySQL solution. Thanks!

Below are a few video sharing site scripts, that gives you the ability to maintain videos for a website. Although, they are obviously built for their own front end, so they may not work for you.

Free Youtube Clone - Video Sharing Script PHP - Free Video Upload Script

PHPmotion :: free video sharing script - free youtube clone - free youtube script - free video sharing software - you tube clone - media sharing script - social networking scrript

YouTube Clone Script - Script to start video sharing community

The best I have seen is clipshare. Its a script that you install.. Its mainly for an entire site but with some customization you can integrate it with your existing site. Here is the link ClipShare : Video Sharing Script - Youtube Clone - Youtube Script It costs about 200 but it works very well. Converts all videos to flash for faster downloading, uses PHP and MySQL.

Hope that helps

If you're looking for an online solution, you could also try building your own channel on www.magnify.net They give you a whole bunch of admin capabilities... add/edit tags, upload your own videos, record from your webcam or even search and import videos from nearly a dozen other services including YouTube, Google Video, Yahoo Video, news from Clipsyndicate, MySpace Video, MTV video, Blip.tv, Revver and more. And they have a revenue share option as well to help you monetize the video.

Vids on my channel also tend to rank really well also. I've seen several instances where videos I've imported from other places actually rank higher on my site than they do on the original site.

Incredible: I am not currently using one for that site. There are some sections that have applications written for them, but nothing that manages the site as a whole. We've been reviewing it, but haven't done any moves as of yet. The thought of moving the current content is simply frightening.

I'm not looking for a player, or manager for the videos, i'm looking for a manage of links to the videos. We have a solution that manages the videos, but I want to localize the video links and organization.

Something easy, and visual would be best.
