Default AOL cross browser compatible?

Does anyone have problems with the AOL browser?

I do not understand why some people have problems viewing a site as it was intended. They receive no errors just the page loads showing some type of gibberish (no text or images, just some unkown script/code with pieces of the real code)

All my sites are developed for IE and Netscape compatibility. From my understanding AOL uses these in their browser (depending upon which version and year of AOL)
I understand AOL art format etc.

The problem is that if I view in AOL, everything looks fine.

I do not have AOL and wonder if there is a download or tool available to view as if using the AOL client?

(I test sites in different resolutions faithfully)

I need a solution because one client feels I am fixing something or changing something everytime she has a problem. I have not done a thing...

I will not state my thoughts on AOL :)
