Default Design consistency with Explorer and Firefox

My site is written in asp and on Explorer everything is lined up properly but on Firefox some of the pages don’t have the text and photos centered properly or the text is not the right size or format. My programmer does not seem to know how to fix this.

This page for example is out of whack in Firefox:
Latin Ladies: Personal Introduction Services

Is there a source I can point him to for guidance? Or is it not possible to have the design look the same in both browsers? Safari has some glitches also. Any assistance would be appreciated.

The pages look identical to me between Firefox 3.0.3 and IE 7.0.6001.18000

I had Firefox in beta 3. I uploaded Firefox 3 and saw the same problem and then I did a refresh and problem went away. Then I did another refresh and things were not lined up right. Is this possibly a problem with my webhost server or my IP?

If you look at the home page Meet Latin Women Your Latin Bride Exotic Colombian Women

the girl in the white pants to the left balances with the text to her right in Explorer but in
Firefox the text does not go to the end of the photo as it does in Exploerer what would cause this?
