Where can I download Photoshop effects from ?

Hi, is there any place where I might be able to download some Photoshop effects and fonts/styles etc. for free ? For some reason even the preloaded actions in Photoshop are not working for me...

If I am understanding right what the problem is, you can reload any of the presets that come preistalled..instructions here

Presets are missing from Photoshop CS3

Maybe you just need to uninstall and reinstall photoshop thouh if none are working.

There are alot of extra presets you can install as well, I find the best resource the adobe exchange

Hey dude simply go here to download photoshop effects and i think after making use of it you would feel more satisfied and would recommend to someone else.
