Hello, guys...
I know a perfect tool that can convert avi, mov, mpeg,wmv & another video files to flv or swf.. It's Video To Flash Converter.. you can download it right now)
I think it's very useful prog I advice it to all!!

I think for your purpose you can use this program Magic Video Converter you can covert any format to any format you want.

lash movies as in... flv? or swf..

for swf..you might wanna look on giveawayoftheday.com they have convertors sometime..

if you want FLV though.. just uplaod it to youtube then download it again with youtubex.com
