Want to tell you about software, called VidCrop PRO!!!
This is a new improved video editor, that supports not only AVI, WMV, MOV, MPEG, MPEG1, MPEG2, also 3gp, mp4..
You should try it...

I tried it. It is very good but it saved videoes with 70% quality of image. Is ... bad.. I use Windows movie maker and save smovies with 90% quality. anyway thnks fot the program

You can choose quality in preferences... I crop my video files very often & quality is great!!!!

I heard a lot about VidCrop and when I tried this program I liked.
