Is is true that a website with Abode Flash Player (Adobe - Flash Player) in the index page will not rank well.

Why would it be so?

As long as the content around the Flash content is good and as long as the search engine you are considering uses the latest tools to see inside the Flash component, it isn't going to make any difference.

what would be the 10 big Google no-no for the index page....
