Default Browser "seeing" style sheet differently.

Problem:
when I view my pages on IE they turn out fine as far as viewing goes - everything is visible, aligned properly and in it's place.

when I view my site on FireFox my side menu - on the right - isn't visible (unless sometimes if it's refreshed).

any advice on what I should change my perameters to? I'm a rooky, so the more simple to understand the better!

Every page has the problem in FF but the URL is Tops Poker .net - Host to online poker tournaments, poker rooms, info and free poker
