Animated Cartoon like tom & jerry ...same quality

HI I have a question... I am to make an animated cartoon...(tom & jerry style) BBC quality...

but I am confused ..how much I should charge per second for that... it will have voices and gestures and stuff....everything that a good cartoon has..

any help regarding this ?

you can't just make a cartoon of Tom & Jerry quality. Their creators were artists. You'd probably need to work on your animation skills your entire life to get to that level.

thank you for your "kind" remarks but I am not asking how to make them ( I already have that skill ) dont underesitmate others my dear friend without even knowing them.

I just asked how much I should be charging per second.

I'd say charge what you feel covers your time and skills adequately and leaves you with some profit margin.
