Adwords and Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Has anyone seen their or other's page ads displaying Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage? I saw this today on my site and on a site i frequently visit.

The page displays normally but where the adsense ad would display the traditional 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' takes its place.

Am I the only one?
