What doubt did you have friend? We are all talking about my avatar I has a year ago.
So can you please explain? Or are you also one of those one line posters?

I didn't particularly like either of the choices in the poll, but I opted for "stuck businessman", simply because I think John is very much a businessman.
I probably read 30 or 40 posts here, for every one I make, since I signed up here to learn. (I certainly don't know enough about SEO to teach anyone, yet) By lurking, I've managed to learn a bit about many of the regulars here...who has a sense of humor, who can back up their opinions with an intelligent explanation, and perhaps most importantly, who is always willing to offer sound advice. I don't recall any posts in the "Please Review My Site" section, that said, "be gentle. I have a fragile ego." When we ask for advice or analysis, it is only reasonable to hope that we will get just that...no sugar-coating, no phony stroking of ego, just impressions and advice. John is one (and there are several others here) that gives honest analysis, backed up with solid "best practice". If there are any others here that are more knowledgeable in SEO, I have failed to notice it. I suppose we should be grateful that he's of Greek descent. If he were French, he'd probably be insufferably arrogant! Edit: By the way, I happen to think that his avatar is an actual photo of him!

John and I speak via skype at least once or twice a week, he is one of the nicest guys around. He just hasn't figured how to relax yet. A 24 hour day normally includes sleep, but not if your name is webnauts.

Hi there people,
I remember posting a thread asking people to review a site I created for my dissertation in summer 2007 (my name was theundergraduate I think!) and I distinctly remember Webnauts and BJ responding with constructive comments! When I look at the site now I have to wash my eyes with soap! Jeez if I had to review that I would have just let rip, but yep for the past years I have since looked at numerous posts from webnauts and found his advice very helpful and generous, I compare it to getting advice from my lecturers as a graduate, they dont have to do it but they do anyway and I always listen attentively! So thanks for the posts webnauts and from other regulars, keep up the good work! Peace |

Webnauts is neither a stuck business man or a moody goth, nor can be defined as a human being. I have not yet met a person who could make this "Webnauts" look like a fool. Nor have I met anyone who could sleep 2 minutes a night and sit just two inches from a monitor for 23 hours and 58 consecutive minutes...
Thus, my conclusion is that Webnauts is a sophisticated alien robot, created in the image of Jesus Christ himself, sent back through time to save the html of the world................wide web. |
