I've been working on a web site using front page format for a friend.
The site is none but he does not have microsoft frontpage install at his office or home to review the finish product. The finish work is burn to a cd. He can't open it on his system. Any ideas how I may be able to show him the product on his computer in Microsoft Office? Again he does not have frontpage install on his system? |

Most probably it doesn't work with just opening in IE. Frontpage will create all thes funny sub-directories which need to be in the path to show the whole product.
Unless you don't copy the complete directory on the CD it will not show offline in IE. It also depends how the Frontpage website was created, many parts will not work unless you publish to the server (one would be 'webbot')... Jurgen www.absolutelyfabulousflowers.com |
