Default Ecommerce website design - page design too busy?

I am creating an ecommerce website design for a client (probably using cubecart.com) - I created the page furniture first (header, left/right cols, footer) which we agreed - then i added the central content for the homepage.

I quite like it as a deisng, but am concerned users/buyers may get to the site and think it might look pretty but theres just too much info / its too busy / I'm confused - that sort of thing!

Any comments from esteemed members welcome!

Wow. Real busy.
It is attractive. Easy to navigate layout.
You should not be asking us, you should be asking some prospective consumers what they think.
For example, I think the privacy button is way too large because I never read Privacy Policies (Tony Blair has a complete record on me.). But, consumers might think differently.
Print up this page and then talk to people who shop in the stores.

P.S. You need to emphasize hydroponic cultivation of marijuana.

thanks Dave - your help always appreciated!
Here is redesign!

Yes marijuana cultivation is probably exactly what the products are used for - hence the customers probably a little difficult to pin down for questioning!!

Will post redesign here for you

cheers

Dan

Prefer the first design. Looks business-like and like there are bargains to be had...
