How difficult this project is?

Need to develop a full-fledged portal for a spiritual center which would incorporate following:

* Hand coded design with PHP
* Interactive Flash Intro / Headers / Buttons
* Multiple membership permissions
* User Area and exclusive benefits for them
* Shopping Cart and Payment Mode (PayPal or 2co) Integration
* Video Streaming also Real Time Webcast using IP Camera or Video Conferencing equipments
* Audio Streaming of mp3 files, creation of a library for users
* Multiple language option - Some portion of the content desired in Hindi, Telugu, French, German and Spanish
* Some more small features - calender of events, community forum, wallpaper download

Any help you could offer to give this project a right direction would be much appreciated. Thanks!

The project is not difficult to do.. the Q is what sort of deadline you have on this project? and is the content ready to be added?

Well, deadline is not a factor, the important issue is to give a demo of these services to the client first and then work on content and design.

Video Streaming and Real Time Webcast using IP Camera or Video Conferencing equipments is a challenge I see, as it requires some expertise.

Has anyone done something in this direction?
