Changing Mask Sizes

Hi All,

Am very new to flash, and know very little of how to use it, i am just wondering if someone can tell me how i would change the size of a mask in flash......

My document is say 200*200 and i want to change the image size to 700*200 and still have the mask transition effect work in the same way, but when i replace the pictures it screws up the mask... can anyone help, I can upload files if you need them.
