Anyone know a good free click tracking script?

I need a good click tracking script that's easy to set up. It can use java, php or mysql. I need it to have the ability to track specific links, and tell me how many clicks that link gets each day. I would prefer to use one that somehow links directly to the site but still tracks the link, so the site still gets search engine PR. But if there's not one that does that avaiable I'm willing to accept that.

Any help is very welcome, I've been searching for a while!
