Default Creating a breezy effect?

Please take a look at the header of this site:
www.sovereignwebdesign.com/oa/ and tell me how I can create a better "breeze" effect.

I curretly have used the pen tool to create the wavy lines and then a pastel gradient fill and reduced the opacity. Is there anything else I can do to highten the effect?

Thanks

Rob

Hi Rob,

Creating a breeze effect sounds extremely difficult to achieve, especially on a static image. Have you thought about trying to create a breeze effect using flash?

I designed a logo that has a breeze in it, maybe it will help: www.whisperingmeadows.ca

Client price point does not warrant flash.

I will give a similar technique a try

Any other suggestions?

Thanks

I think the font does enough of the swirly stuff to denote breeze. You've chosen an odd photo for the header background. Have you got any shots from inside, over/through a balcony? Skies are always good to suggest airyness.
