hi sorry for my english please ok i have a problem when publish my pages. When i modified or make a change example add a graphic or other element and upload when i browse in another computer i cannot see the changes that i made then i have to go to control panel and delete the cookies and internet temporary files to see the changes.
What i have to do to publish my pages without that problem? Thank You very much.

If you can provide more info that would be great
What program are you using to publish your site.

One way that might work is a hard refresh (F5)

thank you for your interest i used frontpage editor to upload the files sorry can you give me a definition, example or details of a hard refresh. This mean delete all the files in the web host and publish again? or is othe thing? please give me details of what you mean of th words: hard refresh

Sometimes just using the f5 key will not work, so another option to try is press and hold the ctrl key then press the f5 key. This forces the refresh even more than just f5.

I have to do this because my ISP has installed a caching server, and by using the ctrl+f5 method it forces my browser and the caching server both to fetch the newly update page.
