508 Compliance: Resources Needed

Does anyone know of a good resource to verify that a site meets 508 compliance?

There's also a gizmo right in windows that will read you your website. It's been awhile since I used it so can't recall what it is, but if you google it you can probably find reference to it.

Bottom line is if you follow good xhtml/css best coding practices you're around 85 to 90% along on achieving accessibility, so that's the BEST place to start.
