Vehicle Management System

Hi all

I have a project on Vehicle Management System.This is on sandwich van & the owner wants to monitor its van including its driver,cooling system,technical problem with Vehicle, its real time location,location history for last 5 years,proper billing system & billing history,Misc.. problems with van (accident or parking problem,Vehicle fuel economy report,van locator feature & many more.
Initially client want is each & every details on page as text field or we can add more feature to make the whole system more user friendly with more details.I have to design the pages but dont know which information I should put.
Can anyone help me out?? any referrence site with rich details? plz halp me.....
