Need help for icons design

I am redesigning my web site here http://www.webnauts.net/redesign/ and I was breaking my head, about what I should use for icons, for each of my services.

I just have setup up some grob ideas:

For Usability Testing: http://www.webnauts.net/redesign/images/usability.gif (with !!! and not ??? in the brain)

Is there someone here who would like to help me out, designing icons using the colors of my web site? Maybe 3D?
I ask here, while I am very weak in graphic design.

By the way, if someone has any other ideas for icons for the above services, I would glad to hear them.
Also any ideas about a new logo, would be phantastic!
