Looking for Website templates

Hi I am going to be making up my first website & need a template for that is compatible with my website building software (Frontpage 2002) .
As I am low on funds I am looking for a free one .
When I have done searches in search engines for “ free templates” most of the responses
Are either ones you have to pay for in disguise OR there is some kind of catch which ends up costing money .

Does anybody know of any sites that offer free templates for Frontpage 2002 .

I can't help you with a front page template. I do, however, have another suggestion. Why not set up the site as a WordPress site? There are many free themes available for WordPress, you can set it up to look like a regular static html site instead of a blog, and you can update it very simply through the admin interface without knowing a lick of html. The biggest benefit is that even the worst WordPress themes produce code that is a thousand times better than ANY front page template. Your site will load quicker and be ranked better in the search engines.

Just a thought.
