Default Working with tables, how to put scrollbar on right side

Ok, here is my problem. I built a site in tables. Now, on the contact page, I placed a form to appear inside of the right table cell. It does, the problem is that is appears but the scrollbar is on the left. On some computers though, it appears on the right?

I want it on the right (the client does) Is there a code I can add to make sure that is how it appears?

When you say "on some computers", do you mean different browsers?

If you go to http://alegriabydesign.com/contact.htm

That is the problem I am having, and yes I mean on different browsers and on MAC it appears on the right, and on PC it appears on the left. For some reason I am having a problem with the flash. On mac and in firefox it is all messed up, but in IE it works fine.

Thanks!

This is a new one. I didn't know you could move the scrollbar to the left in IE. The problem is in the page being displayed in your iframe. That page is http://alegriabydesign.com/text_contact.htm

Remove the dir="rtl" from the <body> tag of that page

<body bgcolor=EDEFC5 dir="rtl" link=848C00 vlink=848C00>
should be
<body bgcolor=EDEFC5 link=848C00 vlink=848C00>
