Default Reading body before navigation

Hi all,

In our site www.thehealthzone.co.uk we are using a shared border on the left for the navigation links, is there a way to make body text appear before navigation? So search engines will read the most important text first?

I noticed the problem when viewing the site with a lynx browser.

Many thanks

Don't worry we've decided to ditch the nav bar

Hey Onelife,

I see you closed your topic, but I wanted to add, you can make your page using CSS positioning instead of a table layout. This would allow you to place any line of text directly below your body tag.

Also, you should move your CSS to an external file as it adds even more code for a search engine to sift through.

Regards,
Drummin
