CSS & Mozila
You can do quite a few cool things with CSS but do remember to check it in Mozila (Netscape or FireFox) before putting it public. You might be quite disappointed.
Now, that Mozila folks spent so much effort on security issues, perhaps they could spend just a bit more to get up to par with IE in terms of how the browser interprets CSS. In that sense Mozila is still a dinosaur.
