Default Good free (pref. public domain) templates using CSS?

Any site that has good, clean website templates with CSS layout and formatting, and no licensing restrictions? I like a lot of the templates used in blogs, but I'm not sure about the licensing restrictions on those.

Nothing amateurish. Just solid blog-style CSS templates. Particularly looking for two or three column fixed-width left-aligned templates not made for many graphics.

WordPress has several such templates as themes for their blogging platform. WordPress.org

Maybe I didn't make it clear. I am looking for actual design templates I can use in toto for commercial websites, not design inspiration.

I could not find the licensed templates on stylegala.com positioniseverything.net or cssvault.com as for csszengarden.com the layouts are Creative Commons but the graphics are mostly not covered by that. It is intended as a learning vehicle not a template repository.

Default XHTML/CSS blog style templates

Hey Joel, you might also try Cameron Moll's templates. They're done in a clean XHTML/CSS blog style.

That site's great! (except for the "premium" Template Monster garbage).

I really like these, "holy grail" fully-compliant CSS-only templates:

http://oswd.org/viewdesign.phtml?id=...ubmit%3Dsearch

http://oswd.org/viewdesign.phtml?id=...rch%26page%3D3

Some of them say they are copyrighted AND in the public domain, which pretty much indicates whoever wrote it does not know what he or she is talking about, but I'll assume they're free to use since "open" pretty much means that.

Those are gorgeous!

But at the bottom they say "Copyright © 2005 Dan Millman, all rights reserved."

No soup for me!

The templates are being offered by Cameron Moll, he is the person responsible for the design of the page layout.

Dan Millman (an author on spiritual growth) has his own site powered by the "Zaadz Site Builder". In this instance, his name just happens to have been left in the dummy copy.
